"Roland was a great and very flexible host. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian needs, when they didn't have to. Very polite and courteous. Great staff overall as well as great location. Good food in the morning and decent rooms to stay the nights"

"The location of property was excellent. Creek was awesome. Bow valley parkway was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. For kitchen and shower room they had all amenities you needed. On the other hand, our room is 33 cannot reach wifi but you can walk outside closer to lobby to use it. And shower from second floor can leak to bedroom downstair a little. "

"We stayed for two nights from 12th September. there is no denying that the destination is breathtaking, do not think the increased price you are paying also gives you a luxury or premium resort. We were in room 104 which unfortunately was right next to the bridge where day travellers go for pictures making the location very noisy and busy. I understand that the hotel wish to make money from these day trippers they do this with the services just at the entrance to the resort at the casual...
