"Great location but I do not know before that we have to pay extra about 20$CAD for facility, the room is quite smaller than I thought. "

"Very nice accommodation that is located close to the lake and the town. Staff was tremendously helpful. Room was very clean, tidy, and spacious. It felt like a home in the mountains."

"They provided bottle water to the rooms everyday and had coffee and tea available most of the day"

"Great"

"The staff and service was excellent, our room was great and the view was outstanding"

"There are full options of home facilities, fast to check in and friendly staff with a nice advices. The location quit far from Lake Louis but if you have a car there is no problem but good things are near Castle mountain and Jonhton Canyon, mid way from banff and Lake Louise. I really like here so much."
