"This hotel/cabin is conveniently located just 25 minutes from both Lake Louise and downtown Banff, making it an excellent home base for exploring the area. Upon arrival, we noticed a slight odor in the cabin, which may have been due to moisture in the fabric sofa and carpet. There were also a few minor signs of wear, such as some stains in the bathroom and aging countertops. However, these were small issues and did not impact our overall stay. The cabin itself was cozy, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It included all the basic kitchenware, bathroom toiletries, and a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. While this isn't a luxury five-star resort, it offers great value, a welcoming atmosphere, and a comfortable place to stay in a beautiful location. There is no ice machine on the property, but ice can be purchased at the small convenience store located in the check-in area. Bear spray is also available for purchase on-site for approximately $69 CAD. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to travelers looking for a cute, comfortable, and conveniently located cabin near Banff and Lake Louise."

"Highly recommended. Mario was amazing in terms of recommending options to get to and from the trailhead to Lakes Agnes Teahouse; his recommendation to take the #11 bus there, and walk the Agnes Creek trail home was amazing. Breakfast was really good, too. Thank you for making our stay really great, Mario!"
