Beautiful view, hardworking staff, comfortable bed, resort is in need of an overhaul, it is an aging property. Check in was a breeze with very friendly front desk. Close to town.

Location was good, even rooms were ok. The only issue I had was with room allocations, we booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms were nearby but the 3rd room was at the other end of the property, which caused lots of inconveniences.

Great view but room needs fixing.
Great location, excellent view. Very convenient. Rooms needs a lot of fixing, especially the bathrooms. Paint peeling off the walls. Very strong order. Other than that, overall good experience with family.

Rude manager and not clean. We had to wipe down the floors because they don't have housekeeping (only 1 person) and the floors were beyond dirty because each wipe came back black. Never staying at this place again. They get away with this because the view of the lake and mountains is beautiful but there are other motels/inns with similar views. Not recommended.

Everything about our stay was great. We weren’t looking for anything more than just a basic room so we were happy with it. The staff was nice and the property is nice but I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The floor was really dirty when we got there and it was all around very dusty and it seemed a bit moldy under the sink. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

When you go to a hotel, at least for me, I can't wait to get a nice hot shower in a nice bathroom. This did not happen. They shower was busted, and the toilet's water was so high, I was afraid to do my business. Not a good experience.

Pro is that parking was easy and only minutes from Lake George main strip. Facility is old and there was obvious water damage throughout the room. Also killed 3 baby cockroaches. Luckily, we only stayed one night.

This place is way overpriced for what it is and the photos were incredibly deceiving. I booked a room with a balcony facing the lake. My balcony was actually ground level with two plastic chairs in front of a bay window that if open anyone can see into your entire room. Our room was so incredibly dirty. We had to wear shoes at all times. The floors were damaged and lifting everywhere like the room has been flooded. I tripped a couple of times.There were hand prints on the windows and mirrors, hair stuck all over the walls in the bathroom. Some of our towels were dirty. There were toe nail clippings on the floor. The trim around the door was missing like someone had kicked it in and the dead bolt didn’t even work. I would have rented a different place had I known all of this in advance it definitely ruined our trip as we were planning to spend time on the balcony and just get away for a weekend. Trying to find my room was confusing and while I was looking for it walked through so many giant spider webs.

loved having access to private beach and heated pool. Pretty quiet in Sept. Overall it was a clean “motel”. Beach was kept clean. Our room floor and balancy floor were dirty when we first got there, wish it was swept. The balcony/roof was not in good shape, falling apart, but beautiful view of the water and mountains made up for it. Staff were nice. Beautiful view. Quiet. Close to town.

Bugs in bathroom poor parking no spots also room/floor not clean. Bedding okay. Housekeeper knocking on door every day 930a. No privacy door hangers. Could walk right in!

It Was average, on the web sight it indicated lake view however we were expecting a view of the lake from the room. The way the hotel is situated you can view the lake from your balcony only! If the hotel was built facing the lake you would have an excellent view from your windows. Other than that the establishment was average and a place to sleep!

We had a great time. They have grills right on the property and a private beach. The water was clean and clear. Friendly staff.

Great place to stay!
The hotel is located in a beautiful spot! It’s nice to be slightly outside of the main downtown, but it’s a quick drive to the main strip. The pool and beach are great. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was that the floor of our room was really sandy. Probably from the beach….so they could do with a vacuum when cleaning. I just wore sandals in the room. But overall the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and it was a nice place to stay. We would definitely come back again.

Wonderful Stay!
What an amazing place and wonderful staff!!! We got a free upgrade for our 5yr wedding anniversary, that was so sweet. The property is beautiful and the private beach is gorgeous! We will definitely be back and go kayaking next time!
