The property felt like it was under construction the men that were working in the area would make me and the guests feel uncomfortable as if they were watching us in our cabin What I liked was how quiet it was

There is no facility staff. Did not see the office open once while I was there. There is no house keeping. You are given 1 towel per bed. The mattress must be over 30 years old. The one bed you couldn’t sleep on. There is WiFi that disconnects every 5 minutes. The shower cold water handle was broken as well as the sink handle. There is no overhead lighting in the room. I do not know what the cabins are like perhaps they are better. Location is good not far from downtown area. Overall was not a good experience. I would not recommend this place.

I was disappointed. The room was very musty smelling. There was no tv even though online it did not say only certain rooms have a tv. There was a coffee maker but no cups so couldn’t use it. The bed mattress was horrible. The room was clean but other than that I wouldn’t go there again.

No regular Tv poor WiFi they tell my room have two Queen Bed and one twin bed. Only have one Queen bed full air bed Nobody can to clean the room collected the garbage in the room if needed something you have pay.

The property was ok. There are some things that were good and some that were not - bed was comfortable, but pillows were not, some new furnishings inside and out, but other items were older, worn, etc. Fairly typical for a Lake George stay. We go to the area every year, so we expected that. I would have preferred that that cabin was cleaner. The surfaces were clean - sinks, shower, counters, bed linens, towels. Floors/carpets were not clean or vacuumed. With an early check out time and a late check in there is plenty of time to mop and vacuum. It was very nice to have our own grill and fire pit, though. And it's good for families - pool area and space for kids to run around. With a little more TLC, my rating would change. One thing, the service was very impersonal. It was strange - no interaction with guests even when just walking around the property. Office was only open for check in.

Beds where very old could tell the ceiling had leaks. No parking, found out the next day the guest next to us had company and used all the parking with his friends. Lot of guest outside smoking pot.

Do not stay here!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews on hotels but boy let me tell you something about this place..... The room was very dated and smelled like nothing but cheap Cologne to cover up whatever was going on in there... The bed was hard as a rock and the TV did not work. The bathroom had mold on the baseboard trim and smelled very musty, The air conditioning barely worked, very weak water pressure in the sink and shower and lukewarm water at the hottest setting. Me and my wife Spent as little time in the hotel room as possible due to these issues and I attempted to go to another hotel for our stay but everything else was booked up. This hotel was hands-down the worst place I’ve ever stayed at in all of my history of vacationing.

Terrible place to stay!

Ill never been this cabin again, I just had a most terrible experience here. At first, when i came this place, i tried to call the service number, the line was engaged all the time. The room is fine, is clean, but it looks very old, and it has really bad smell. Thats ok. The most annoying thing is the air condition, it sound really loud, and its so old, I couldn't adjust it, the switch was broken, I couldn't even switch to low fan mode. The final thing is hard to connect to wifi, the wifi signal was really bad, I stayed for one night, I think i only use wifi for like 20 mins. This is the place ill never came to stay.

Was told my reservation was for last month and that I had forfeited my 50% deposit as a "no-show." Also told they were completely full. I went to car (she thought I was leaving), got my printed reservation from Expedia and showed it to the lady. She looked at her computer and said again that the reservation was for last month - but that now (for some strange reason) they did have a cabin available - but for an additional charge. I protested, so she call the "out-of-town" owner. He ultimately agreed to let us stay in the cabin at no extra cost. Then place is a dump. It's not "rustic," it's "rundown." I think they are running some sort of bait and switch scam.

Stayed here for a wedding at The Inn at Erlowest (.3 mi down the road). Accommodations were what i expected. Simple, clean, friendly service and amenities (pool, cookout area - which I didn't get to use.) Would avoid taking local area taxis since they charge you based on where the dispatcher sends them (which is in the center of town). I paid $16 for a cab ride that was not even 3 minutes. Go with Uber or Lyft if you can manage waiting a little longer.

Really enjoyed our stay!

Our cabin was really cute and clean, and the staff were fantastic! It felt like we were in the woods, and yet just a five minute drive to town. The best of both worlds! KIds got a kick out of cooking hot dogs in the fire pit. It does get pretty chilly at night, so pack accordingly. Would go back for sure.

Loved the cabin!

We loved it here! Just wish the bed was a little bit more comfortable. Both my hubby and I woke up with sore backs (We do prefer a softer mattress).

1st time for me and I'll definitely be back! 2 mins by car to Lake George Village. Very clean and great quiet place to come back to after a full day of fun!
