"Beautiful property, exceptional grounds. The staff at the Lake Geneva resort was exemplary in face to face communications. However, communication with the overseeing team, located off site, was not as efficient, and there was a disconnect in receiving certain services. It didn't take away from the overall accommodations. Special mention goes to Turner, who worked the lobby reception desk, who went above and beyond in professionalism and hospitality. We'll be back!"

"Booked 2 of the 2 bedrooms and they were completely spacious. Great for my family size. The rooms were clean and didn’t have an odor. The waterpark had everyone’s attention. Had something for everyone to do."

"It was a rainy weekend so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor facilities. Our room was beautiful. The only issue we had was with the breakfast we had-it was awful. I recommend going out! They should just have complimentary fruit, cereal and yogurt IMO."

"The Staff went above and beyond. Had dinner Saturday night at the Hunt Club. Which was excellent. I woke up Sunday morning and realized that I left my credit card at the restaurant. The Hunt Club does not open until 4:00pm. The hotel staff found someone who had access to the Hunt Club and went and got my card. After I had breakfast at the golf course restaurant on was on my way home at 10:00am."

"Over the labor day weekend we stayed here. The place was very clean and very friendly. Nothing fancy but we also didn't have to stay 3 day minimum. (Which many places there only excepted) We had nothing but friendly staff. We would definitely stay again"
