"Made an error in my reservation and they were able to correct it without any fuss."

"We had a clean and spacious room. Very inviting and clean. Thank you"

"Our room smelt like it had definitely been smoked in at some point. It is right next door to a Starbucks. I will say they have safely in mind, there are non-slip padding everywhere"

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean spacious and perfect for a family. The breakfast had lots of options and was available for a good amount of time"

"Very difficult to find the building. We were in room 216. Bathroom tiles were loose, broken, and needed to be regrouted. Breakfast area was dirty with trash on flood. The breakfast was good and everything was nice and clean so overall decent stay for one night. Also staff were very friendly and helpful."

"All staff was helpful and attentive. Room was clean…. However the towels did have an unpleasant odor"

"Good value"

"The room itself in the hotel was not very clean. Some items were missing or not functioning in the room. It appears the hotel is old and never been updated. I can say that there was clean sheets and towels, but that's about it. I will not be returning there at any time in the future."

"Dead roaches everywhere."
