"We want to sincerely thank Missie and the Best Western Starke Team for the kindness, understanding, and exceptional customer support you provided to our family during a very stressful situation. Our daughter experienced a medical emergency and had to go to the emergency room earlier that day. Because she was diagnosed with contagious conjunctivitis, she was unable to stay in the hotel room we had reserved for her. We truly appreciate the fact that the BW team took the time to understand our circumstances and cancelled the reservation for us. They did not have to do that, but you chose to help us—and that meant a great deal to our family. When someone is dealing with an unexpected medical situation involving their child, the last thing they need is to worry about additional complications or financial concerns. Your willingness to work with us provided one less thing for us to worry about at a difficult time. Your actions are a wonderful example of what genuine customer service looks like. It wasn’t simply about cancelling a reservation; it was about showing compassion and understanding when our family needed it. "The staff was amazing. Lots of renovations so was a little noisy at times. Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was basic as can be. Staff really made the stay for me"
