"The rooms were very clean yet they are showing some wear and tear. I know they are going through a remodel phase in the pool. Be aware that if you are staying in one the areas away from the lobby that it is best to park on the inside. The building is a bit of a labyrinth. It’s centrally located and easy to get around Estes Park which is ideal. "

"We had a 2 bedroom suite with the pond out front and view of the mountains. Lots of elk and geese. The front desk guy was uber friendly and more than helpful. They have a great sitting area by the pond with a gazebo and firepit which was a great place to hang out. Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend it. Great off season rates."
