"tivemos problemas com:
1. O controle do ar condicionado não funcionava - tive que trocar de apto.
2. A janela do apto estava quebrada ( havia uma parte da janela que era de acrílico e estava quebrada com um espaço suficiente para passar um tijolo) o que baixava a segurança e drenava o ar frio do ar condicionado.
3. A saída da garagem dá de frente com uns três carros, aparentemente abandonados, que dificulta a saída/entrada dos veículos.
4. Na saída/entrada da garagem, o piso precisa ser...
