"I’ve stayed at Pearl Continental many times, and as a member, breakfast for two is always included. However, during my booking via Expedia this time (Room 727), the front desk caused a major disruption. This morning at 9 a.m., a female front desk staff member (by the breakfast area) kept insisting I sign a bill during my meal. I explained that even though the booking was under one name, the price for the room was the same whether for one or two persons. Just because the booking was in one name...

"I stayed in this hotel 5 times and this was my last time to stay there first 3 stays was really good I enjoyed but this time staying in nine tree was terrible. Month ago I booked this hotel they didn’t give us the room what I booked. 2 secondly the smell in the room like moldy specially when turned on the air conditioner."
