"I travelled with my elderly mother and we had an excellent stay. I can't speak highly enough about the staff - The staff went over and above for us. From breakfast (where the staff helped to get her breakfast in the morning) to the cleaning staff that always made our room clean when needed and had a smile on their face. the rooms are big, beds comfortable, location is perfect as lots of shops and restaurants at your door step or a short taxi ride away. "

"This is a train still operating on coals - lots of attention and maintenance in rooms are needed. The daily room service is done only when you ask for it. Unclean hot water [tanks to be replaced]. Pollution is even indoor."

"The hotel would not accept my booking through expedia! They said they dont even deal with expedia! When questioned about why expedia have them on their site they said they have been telling expedia not book for years! I think the hotel had over booked and were looking to fob me off! As i booked and was to pay at hotel and hotel over booked!"
