"No Airport pick up provided, despite it’s clearly noted in Expedia booking comments. No one from Hotel reached out to me for any details or confirmation. Called them ahead of time to confirm about the Airport pickup and I was assured it will be done but didn’t happen. Requested for additional mattress but despite repeated requests nothing was provided. "The hotel is Amazing what makes it so special are the staff they are so kind and helpful and very professional. I can’t remember all the names but I remember Aroosa and kamaran both were so sweet and caring super helpful made us feel right at home . The hotel itself is beautiful clean I can’t find any fault and this was my second time here and my whole family enjoyed their stay and the hotel is very close to so many tourist attractions the area itself is beautiful. "They had a truck arriving for construction work at 1am for about an hour …. Then again at 6am at rhe front gate … hence could not get any sleep .. I complain was not offered discount /complimentary … I had the front room near the gate "
