"Estuvo bien, solamente en la recepción quería que el pago se hiciera en efectivo, según la señora encargada que porque el internet falla y tuvimos que darle la mitad de lo que traiamos, al final la otra parte sí la cobró con tarjeta, pero parecía que quería que a fuerzas fuera en efectivo porque en la primera ocasión, nunca hizo el intento. Un poco descuidados, porque el primer dia no hubo servicio de toallas. Hay un garrafón para tomar agua, pero, nunca tuvo agua :( Lo bueno es que sí está...

The cleaning staff is great — they even did our dishes. The pool is nice and refreshing. And the palapa on the fourth floor is a great place to hang out especially during sunsets. "
