"Upon arriving, there’s a sign hanging on the front door that the pool is indefinitely closed which it’s not indicated on the website anywhere! This was one of the main things that we were looking for because we were on vacation with small children. The front desk staff also was preoccupied with their cell phone call and she was not really engaged with the clients. The room was atrocious smelled like mold. The floor was extremely dirty. I asked for the floor to be mopped three times. They never did come mop it. There were no towels in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and then in order to get clean towels, you had to bring your dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them. The TV didn’t work 3 of 4 days that we were in the hotel room I had asked for them to fix it twice and then the third time I asked them to fix it, they finally came and fixed the TV. Another important amenity when you have small children! I had to call security am 2 am due to the loud party in the parking lot by our door. They woke my kids up. Overall poor customer service. They did not care about the fact that the pool was advertised when they have no working pool. I do not recommend this hotel at all!!!!!!! And they refused to let me cancel my reservation and make one where there was better conditions. They said I would have to pay full price for the hotel even if we didn’t stay there!!! Go somewhere they value the customer cuz this place isn’t it!!! Poor job WYNDHAM!"

"We weren’t there enough to really judge, the staff was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. They are not right on the beach but they do have a short walkway to the beach. "
