"Room was spacious"

"nice location, clean and spacious rooms."

"This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! I did complain to the management company there was only 1 wine glass, the toaster only worked on one side, the pillows were so badly stained without any...

"AVOID!!!! DO NOT USE ANYTHING MANAGED BY DREAM ALGARVE Terrible company that puts profit above customer service. Apartment itself was Ok but NO toilet roll, towels, soap, bin liners, tea towels. We called immediately and asked for some. None were delivered that day so we had to buy towels and toilet rolls. Overall I asked SIX times for the items and by the end of it only towels were delivered (the day before we left) There was of course no extras like tea, coffee and we were told that we...

"Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. "

"The rooftop bar was great and Gabriel was an excellent bartender"

"The location was fantastic and the staff very friendly."

"Great stay, room was really nice and clean. Not an intimate hotel but really nice I would go back"

"Clean, large room. Friendly staff. Beautiful hotel"

"Nice on site parking, very nice outdoor pools and lounges, beach access was about a 5 to 10 minute walk. Some live entertainment. A couple of near by beach restaurants. Breakfast was terrific, extensive and included fried eggs and omelets."

"This was the relaxing portion of our whirlwind vacation, and it was perfect! Lovely hotel in a beautiful residential area away from the crowds, but still just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and engaging, and made us feel very welcome. Loved our bungalow with 2 beautiful patios, although we found the mattress firmer than we like. We spent an entire day enjoying the pools and loungers, and Happy hour with half priced drinks was a bonus. The buffet...

"Very nice staff. Great breakfast. Walking distance from the city center with lots of choice of restaurants. We would stay here again."

"It’s a great stay. Staff was friendly, parking was easy, and close to all the attractions with a car."

"Front reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The Hotel is very close to the center of Lagos entertainment and dining area - 1 to 3 minutes from center, walking. My room was at rear of building and was quiet to outside noises. Some noise between rooms due to all the tile and hard wall surfaces, but not bad. Very clean, spotless with a large bathtub/shower combo. Very close to the town "bell", which was so nice to hear every so often. I noticed the bell didn't ring in the late evening or...

"Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Lagos, doors open straight to downtown with balcony overlooking the square. Apartment comes with beach towels and umbrella for you to borrow, which was super convenient. Staff was very helpful with recommendations for nearby attractions and offered to book tours for us if needed. They’re also available via WhatsApp for any questions about the area."
