"Schönes neues Hotel, jedoch mit ein paar Abstrichen. Auf den Bildern sieht es so aus als ob das Hotel und die Balkone zum Meer gerichtet sind, jedoch hat man bei einem Zimmer mit Meerblick lediglich einen seitlichen Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber auch nicht mehr. Etwas Mißverständlich war die Nutzung des Innenpools und der Sauna, dieses wird als Day Sia ausgelegt und es werden extra Gebühren erhoben, die aber nicht ihr Geld wert sind, für die kostenlose Nutzung ist dies in...

"Very nice "premium" property. Great amenities overlooking the water. Wonderful, attentive and interested staff. Breakfast was very good, but got booring after a few days. Some aspects of the room were a little tired and different (like the bathroom lighting was insufficient) but it was a very pleasant and spacious room. Bar drinks were priced more like NY than the Azores. Overall, a very pleasant stay. "

"The location is great
The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there
My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return

"Das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck und es war stets sauber. Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten bequem. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellness-Bereich ist bis 22 Uhr geöffnet, sodass man nach einem langen Tag dort noch etwas entspannen kann. Das Frühstück ist gut, jedoch gibt es leider nur Rührei aus der Tüte - das sollte bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht sein. "Couldn't locate the showers for the Turkish sauna so was unable to shower before. Also , one of the saunas had no humidity and the other was too hot!
Otherwise, all else was superb including the delicious meals and the staff. We really enjoyed our visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
