"The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. The host finally sent a txt while I was continually calling to say they couldn't answer the phone right now and...

"Hotel was right on the marina near city center. Great location. I was able to drop my bags early and was picked up for my tour there. The service is unmatched. I forgot several things and they were able to help me. In room coffee was amazing as well. When I come back this is the place I'm going to stay."
