We only stayed for a night and that’s probably why we rationalized some things when we should have asked for a room change.
Our room smelt damp and musty when we walked in and you could feel the carpet was a little wet, as well the a/c unit was rattling constantly and there was a bright light outside our window, so made for a tough night of sleep. The breakfast service was going to be a half hour late so we were unable to eat before having to leave for a scheduled activity that morning.
The staff were so nice, so we really wished we had just asked for a room change as that likely would have made a difference. It is a great location and kind staff, just wish we had a nicer room to actually stay in
