"Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. "Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was a little tired. A big car park for about 14 cars was a big plus. The road system is a little complicated and busy, so advanced planning how to access the car park is recommended. The full English Breakfast was provided bang on time and was adequate. I would suggest that they introduce cornflakes, marmalade and any fresh fruit or yoghurts. We also had to ask for second cups of coffee/tea."

"Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. "
