"We stayed outside Tacoma because we have had car breakins at 2 other hotels in the downtown region. This property was so clean, inside and out. I was able to take the dog for a mile walk down the paved walkways across the street. I felt very safe. The room was so large. The only issue was a flickering led bulb, which they replaced quickly. At check-in the Guest Service Agent was polite, smiled and explained the large security deposit hold. Breakfast was the standard faire but fresh, hot and very clean. We will definitely stay again when visiting our family."

"The room was amazing and clean. There were only 2 things that I would recommend improvements on: 1) Perhaps a little better assortment of breakfast foods. 2) Make sure all staff are able to communicate with guests. I asked a question to one of the staff and she was unable to respond due to not speaking English. This made it difficult for her to assist me."
