Keine Umluft im Zimmer oder Bad, aber die Fenster könnte man weit aufmachen, dann ging einigermaßen.Ist hübsch eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr nettes und flinkes Service. "Schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich in einem separaten Gebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Im Winter sollte man Schneeketten dabei haben, da das Hotel an einem doch recht steilem Berg liegt."

"In overall, the hotel is nice, the host is great and oding it's best to help and support the customers. The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel. Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity, wifi - very poor access. and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com. bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"4 nights in mid October. Solo female age 69. Property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, much appreciated. WiFi outstanding. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, each day there were some different tasty offerings. Hot food too. The chef is clearly top notch. Bonus: a carafe in the room for filtered water, dispenser located in the lobby. Heated floor in the bathroom! I would absolutely stay there again!"

"Insgesamt ein tolles neues Hotel. Der Adult-Bereich mit Pool und Spa ist jedoch 150 m Fußweg entfernt. Schöner Saunabereich, leider im Keller, daher sehr schlechte Luft. Frühstück sehr gut, Umgebung toll. Viele Gaststätten. Ich möchte nicht im Winter hier sein, wenn noch mehr Menschen da sind . Dafür ist die Infrastruktur (Liftanlagen, Parkplätze) nicht ausgelegt. 95% polnische Gäste, deutsche Kommunikation kaum vorhanden. Preise fast wie in Deutschland. "
