Gutes Hotel mit toller Lage

Das Hotel ist schön, sauber und das Person ist wirklich nett uns sehr bemüht. Das Essen ist gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Auswahl könnte etwas größer sein. Allgemein würde ich sagen, das Hotel (samt Essen) ist im guten Durchschnitt, würde ich weiterempfehlen ja, aber warum nicht auch ein anderes probieren? Die Lage in Rabac würde ich als Ideal bezeichnen, da eher am Ortsrand und somit eher ruhiger.

Lovely Hotel with friendly staff

Even before we arrived we already had a positive experience from the hotel. We e mailed them prior to our stay to ask about transport links from Pula airport and they arranged a Taxi for us from the airport (they did tell us how to get there via Public Transport we just opted for the taxi route to the hotel). Our room was lovely, great size and cleaned very regularly with facilities like a Safe and Room Service very easy to use. Food was lovely and the staff were always helpful and very polite. We used the Hospitality service to get advice on some trips which was great, we booked a boat trip through them which was amazing! It was my partners birthday while we were there which I hadn't mentioned but they turned up on the day of his birthday with a bottle of fizz and a note wishing him Happy Birthday which was a lovely touch! The pool was lovely and the location near the beach and a local supermarket was perfect. Would definately recommend to a friend and visit again.

Gradevole vacanza

Le camere della depadance dell'hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato sono grandi, gradevolmente immerse nel verde e vicino al mare. Le baiette lungo la costa davanti e vicino all'hotel sono molto belle, con acqua pulita e trasparente, ma molto affollate. La colazione ottima, la cena (a buffet) ha offerto una grande varietà a scapito però della qualità.

Der Strand wie auch der Pool wird schon morgens mit Handtüchern belegt ! der Strand besteht aus Felsen mit ein bisschen Kies dazwischen . Wasser ist sauber ! Es konnte aber keiner genau sagen wohin die Kloake fliesst !! Getränke übermässig teuer !

Kleine, hellhörige Zimmer und Servicemängel

- Beginn leider etwas holprig, Fernseher im Zimmer fehlte, es hing nur noch das Kabel aus der Wand; Gerät wurde nach etwa 30 Minuten nachgeliefert - Zimmer sind sehr klein und hellhörig; Schrank bietet leider wenig Stauraum - Zimmernutzung stark überreguliert; es dürfen keine privaten elektronischen Geräte verwendet und der Kühlschrank nicht für private Lebensmittel genutzt werden - Zeit zum Abendessen ist bei der Menge an Gästen sehr kurz, 19 - 21 Uhr, Folge: es ist voll und sehr laut, Bedienung jedoch immer freundlich und zuverlässig - Negativ ist, dass 21 Uhr die "Kantine" komplett beräumt ist. Kurz vor neun eintreffende Abendessengäste landen somit direkt in der Abräumphase. - Hotel bietet recht viel Animationsprogramm, auch abends. Wer an der schönen Küste Kroatiens wirklich Ruhe sucht und nicht jeden Tag am Pool liegen will, sollte sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Für Paare würden wir das Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Perfektes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Zimmer wurden täglich zwei mal gemacht, Essen war auch für mich als Veggi ein Traum und umfangrei. Unser Hund wurde ebenfalls herzlich aufgenommen :)

Etter å ha blitt tilbudt annet hotell enn opprinnelig bestilt, var vi litt skeptiske. Men det var det ingen grunn til. Vi fikk mer enn forventet. Rommet, måltidene på hotellet, servicen og beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre.

Nice hotel, bad rooms, unhelpful staff

We really loved the area and the lovely walk to Rabac. The newer hotels in town had ocean views from every room. Not so for this hotel. Despite having made the reservation seven months in advance, we still received a room that faced an earthen embankment. We asked if we could get a better view, and they refused, saying the hotel was full, which it clearly was not. They did let us look at one other room with no view, which we accepted unhappily. It was definitely the worst view we had on a three week tour of the region. The desk clerk made a big deal of even letting us choose between two bad rooms. If reservations made through Expedia do not qualify for an ocean view, the listing should clearly indicate that fact, perhaps with an upgrade option at additional cost.

Einfach super Urlaub!!! :-)

Wir kamen nach einer Woche Camping in das Hotel und es gefiel uns auf Anhieb sehr sehr gut... Der erste Eindruck war einfach toll und sollte sich dann auch im Verlauf unseres Aufenthaltes bestätigen. Essen (Halbpension) immer reichlich, abwechslungsreich und einfach hervorragend Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt... Pool (Meerwasserpool) wurde auch regelmäßig ausgelassen und gereinigt. Strand (mit blauer Flagge) einfach nur traumhaft. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder hinfahren und können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Fantastisk service och utmärkt läge

Vi bodde här i 3 nätter och hade en fantastisk upplevelse. Hotellet är rent och fräscht . Vi hade halvpension och maten var verkligen god, man valde kött och fisk som kocken lagade på beställning. Stort utbud av frukt och grönt samt efterrätter. Bra service och trevlig personal. Nära till havet som hade grönt och rent vatten, stranden hade dock ingen sand, fick ha sandaler när man badade. Men så var det överallt i området. Poolerna var rena och fräscha och man kunde beställa drycker och mat. Det enda som var lite oflyt för oss var att vi inte hade havsutsikt, men över lag var det mycket bra. WiFi funkar sådär i rummen, är ganska vanligt i medelhavsländerna.

Angenehmer Urlaub, da nicht so überlaufen

Es war für uns ein sehr entspannter Urlaub - die Lage des Hotels (Meernähe), die Ausstattung der Zimmer, das Essen, der Meerausblick beim Frühstück und Abendessen und auch vom Zimmer.

Utmärkt för barnfamiljer men inget för oss andra

Som ett par resandes utan barn var det inte rätt hotell att semestra på. Hotellet är okej och ligger vid vackra omgivningar men är ganska opersonligt och det vimlar av barn överallt med medföljande ljudnivå. Restaurangen kändes mer som skolmatsal med skrammel och skrik och vi skippade middagarna på hotellet trots halvpension. Absolut helt perfekt hotell för dig som reser med barn men ingenting för oss andra och vi hade faktiskt boka och betalat för fyra nätter man gav upp efter tre.

Erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir sind als Pärrchen verreist und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Hotel! Essen war sehr gut, die Lage des Hotels TOP und die naheliegenden Buchten -> klares Wasser und alles sehr sauber! Einzige Kritik ist die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, aber das kann schon mal vorkommen, dass hier und da mal was vergessen wird! Wir können das Hotel mit GUTEM Gewissen weiterempfehlen und werden sicher nochmal kommen.

Familienfreundliches Hotel in Strandnähe

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten, leider ist die (Kies-)Strände in Hotelnähe alle ziemlich voll, Hotel ist sehr sauber, haben mit Halbpension gebucht: Morgens- und Abendbuffet, Essen prinzipiell ganz gut, aber es fehlt ein bisschen die Abwechslung alles in allem recht gutes Hotel insbesonders für Familien mit Kleinkindern

Tolle Anlage

Wir waren vier Nächte zu viert (Zwei Doppelzimmer) in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Zimmer waren immer sauber und auch sehr gut eingerichtet (Wir waren in der selben Etage wie die Rezeption). Das Essen war immer sehr gut und abwechslungsreich und wurde teilweise frisch zugerichtet. Das Hotel selber liegt quasi direkt am Meer (getrennt durch fast unbefahrenen Weg). Das Meer selber war sehr klar und sauber, eine richtige Abkühlung. Sicher findet der eine oder andere etwas auszusetzen, aber wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!

Great breakfast buffet, very clean and relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a dog beach 200 meters down the walking path, which was wonderful. Gladly recommend this resort!
