"Nice boutique hotel great area with convenient grocery stores and local prices. Ma Regy restaurant is 8 minutes walk and the meals are good!"

"Nice hotel. Well located. Comfortable apartments. Very Nice gym and quiet pool area. Didn’t find the management agreeable with regular client."

"Reception staff were awful at picking up the phone especially when calling from the room phone. We had to use our personal phone to call. The bed was nothing to talk about. Right side of the bed was broken and mattress was almost to the ground. We called severally so we can change room but no one picked up. We had to manage the night since it was just one night. Reception staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Very bad experience and will not recommend this place."

"I really enjoyed this hotel. It's a little run down from it's former glory...but the staff are genuinely welcoming. From the first contact to the last. Pool is nice. Gym is fine, except non of the weights are particularly heavy. Juliette on reception was excellent. And please try the goat light red soup...it was excellent."

"Room was not what I booked for hot shower doesn’t work lack of kitchen ware WiFi was not stable house cleaning was not available bed to small"

"Bed bugs. Stained Bedsheet. Dirty bathroom. Broken bathroom window. No shower area in the bathroom. Cannot change AC temperature below 24°C. Property looks good from the outside. Inside needs a major revamp. Should be a 2 Star hotel. "

"Hotel was very neat and quiet. Location was great."

"We couldn't stay at Precious lodge. When we arrived at the lodge, receptionist didn't have any record of our stay, after receiving the full payment. The room alocated to us was absolutely disgusted and neglected. The were moods in the room. Every pieces of furniture in the room were broken. The bedding wasn't good. Old and over used bed sheet. The bathroom was filthy. The bath towel was old and wrecked. The manager of the property was not supported to us. I spoke to him on many occassion...

"Old, unkempt facility. furniture in the room is old, decrepit and broken. Entrance to the facility is unappealing to a first-time visitor. One has the impression the place is an unabandoned building with no visible security presence. Needed a confirmation from a passer by before entering. Charging over GHS3,000 (USD243) for two nights was a complete rip-off. "

"Very good"

"Good value for the reasonable price, central location, comfortable bed, and fresh fruit in the morning. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very easy to stay in this place. Was quiet and not crowded."
