"first of all the address given was incorrect, and they didn’t provide the actual name of the condominium which is the waves tulum. secondly, we weren’t given a run down of the amenities which included a gym on site and a second pool. our room didn’t have WiFi, hand soap, or body wash, and when we tried to get fresh clean towels they were not in available. Will definitely not be staying here again."

"I loved that everything was nearby and within walking distance to downtown Tulum. There were lots of nearby food options, including great restaurants. The property was beautiful, the staff was amazing, the rooms were nice, and the rooftop pool was perfect!"

"I really like our stay at Trece Lunas. Claudia was our concierge, very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a toilet and within the same day the toilet was fixed. Trece Lunas is a small place with I believe 6 units, it is very calm and quiet. I’ve barely seen other clients during my stay, the pool was rarely occupied. The staff is very friendly, our cleaning lady was cleaning the room thoroughly and making the bed every day, she was also always changing out our bath and beach...
