The view down Lake Como from our room (No.29) was nothing short of breath taking. The staff where very very helpful and in the main spoke English (if your Italian is limited) food was very nice and reasonably priced. If you are a keen cyclist they cater with their own bikes and a workshop area. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A bed was provided for our 12 year old son as we requested, so catering for families doesn't present any issues.The Jersey Mob

We absolutely loved this place. It was cosy, comfortable, wonderful people who run it. We had a disaster with car rental after a delayed flight and the hosts couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. It’s so chilled, welcoming, beautiful and peaceful. The hotel was conveniently located so you could walk into como city, to the ferry stop or to the train station. The food was very nice, we had the hotel breakfast each day and also ate in 2 of the restaurants and at the poolside bar. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned with an evening turn service as well. The pool area was lovely, great pool with an amazing view of the lake plus very cold so great for cooling down after a hot day. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the funicular to the upper city (Citta Alta) and airport bus stops close to the hotel. Pleasant and comfortable rooms with refrigerator, tv, air conditioning, toiletries and slippers. Excellent buffet breakfast with an excellent choice of food. We found the staff to be very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This was our second stay and we look forward to retuning again soon

Rita the host and Kirsty are the most helpful and friendliest people you could ever meet and absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them to do for you.
