"Upon arrival we discovered that the room we had been given was wheelchair accessible. The problem was that our bathroom floor became completely wet when we showered and there was no cabinet or shelving to store any of our soaps shampoos etc. We also had rented the room because of the washer but there was no drying rack or place to hang clothes to dry or hair dryer. I did contact the office the next morning and asked for those things as well as additional towels which they delivered everything...

"It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late."

"If you are looking for a quiet beachfront hotel, it was not. Very noisy most of the night. If you are looking for vibrant lots of music and beach noise, it’s for you. Sushi non existent although advertised. No real restaurant either. But good tapas bar and great staff and view."

"Every thing was good, but I got four small pieces of ice inside of cup at resturant, when I wanted to check out there manager charged me €2 for ice. This behaver is not acceptable for a professional behaver’s manager. So disappointed subject…."
