"Excellent room and amenities, we stayed for a visit to cinque terre, 15 minute walk to La speiza centrale train station right around the corner from excellent restaurants and shops Great process to check in! Check out is a little early (10am) but we were up and on the road anyway. "

"Property was very nice with easy access and also a lot for luggage. AC worked great and there was a good sized shower. Great location close to the main promenade with plenty of dining options and also close to the train station. Also parking was very convenient at the train station as we had a large 9 seater mini-van. "

"Everything was so pleasant about this hotel! The staff were very friendly. Only thing I wish it gave better information were about parking. There were no parking lot in the premise. It’s 500m away. Also I wish it had better amenities. "

"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! "

"Paid for street parking 8-20 for 2 days in one time walked to train 10 minutes to visit all 5 times and 2 hikes between 3 and 2 hours had dinner and late train back 2nd day took bus to Porto Venera swam did all high lights and came back on ferry Beautiful places and nice accommodations for a 3 night base"
