This was a hidden gem in a quiet part of La Serena. We were greeted professionally, efficiently and with friendliness. We were treated well by everyone and the feeling of safety and security was much appreciated. Thank you to Hotel del Cid!

Ficamos apenas uma noite, hotel limpo, quarto limpo e confortável. Tem um supermercado grande perto (duas quadras), mas a região próxima ao hotel é bastante degradada. Eu não sairia à noite. Hotel é funcional, manutenção em dia, mas precisa de uma renovação.

Vacaciones inolvidables

Mi experiencia fue muy buena, al principio lo encontré un poco desordenado el orden de las habitaciones, pero luego entendí que fue porque entré el primer día al hotel por la parte de atrás, es decir por el estacionamiento. En general fue muy bueno, la habitación 203, nada que decir, atención óptima y desayuno acorde a lo esperado. Personal y dueño del hotel muy amables, excelente estadía.

Clean and comfortable

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the owners are very friendly. The wifi in the newer section in the back is erratic. We were very disappointed in the town of La Serena. There is really not much to do or see, unless you want to go to the beach where all the resorts and hotels are.
