"Overall my family and I had a wonderful experience. We flew in from Mallorca and arrived at the hotel before 9am. The gentleman at the front desk (sorry forgot his name) was very helpful and allowed us to check in!! We stayed in room 216, very clean and spacious with a nice view of the pool.
