Localização excelente ambiente muito agradável, praia com por do sol lindo! Único grande problema o café da manhã pobre, sem ovos, sem frutas, sem frios, somente carboidratos.

Na chegada fomos recepcionados por um Sr o recepcionista da hora. Pense numa pessoa maravilhosa! Correu tudo bem! A segunda recepcionista falava super bem o português . Super prestativa. O local é muito bonito. Café da manhã muito gostoso. O restaurante do hotel( a parte) muito bom! Fica nota 10 para todos os atendentes do Hotel Sotavento… E o por do sol era esplêndido ( ficamos no segundo andar)

Custo x benefício muito ruim!

O local é lindo e tem uma ótima energia, porém, falta manutenção. Em uma noite o ar condicionado iniciou com barulhos terríveis, parecia que ia explodir, nos obrigou a desligar e dormir no calor. O frigobar também, era uma orquestra. Outro problema foram os cortes de grama, que iniciavam as 8 horas da manhã!!! Totalmente inadequado para um local de descanso, e ocorreram 2 dias, numa estadia de 5 dias! Isso se tornava ainda mais inadequado pois a noite havia música ao vivo no restaurante anexo até a meia noite! Parece que a prioridade do local é o restaurante, pois a piscina aberta ao usuários do restaurante fazia com que o número de cadeiras de praia fosse insuficiente para os hospedes, que deveriam ter exclusividade. Café da manhã muito fraco pelo valor das diárias, não era ruim, mas pouco variedade, e péssima reposição.
