What I didn't anticipate was just how extraordinary the entire experience would be. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly sets Bastión apart is its people. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, gracious, attentive, and genuinely kind. The level of hospitality was exceptional,...

"It is a charming colonial house, tastefully decorated, with a good breakfast and an excellent location. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant incident during check-in due to the receptionist’s incompetence, which unfortunately put a damper on our stay at the hotel. In addition all the noise carries into the rooms."
