"Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend."

"This is a wonderful hotel and every member of staff we encountered were so pleasant, friendly and professional. They are a credit to their employer. We had a two night stay as we wanted to visit Gibraltar and was able to walk in as it literally is 10 minutes walk to the border. Secure parking in their underground parking was a reasonable €12 per day. The bar prices were really cheap for a nightcap and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in any hotel I have ever stayed anywhere...

"We loved our tent, but it was in need of some repairs. There was wood that needed to be nailed/screwed so it was squeaking in the wind all night. We used a towel to wedge and mostly stop the noise. There was also a broken zipper on the main door but we know how tough that can be to fix and it wasnt an inconvenience. We were most impressed with the showers, WCs and laundry. One of the shower rooms wasn't as great but the one at the back of the property was incredible! Great water pressure, very...
