I absolutely loved staying in the caboose it was cozy, and clean it’s super cool place to stay I highly recommend staying here.

The rail car was great!
The rail car was quite interesting and an enjoyable, quiet place for the night. I would definitely come back again. I'm certain a family with children would have quite an enjoyable experience here, with a nearby, on-site playground

the website made it sound like a quaint cabin with a/c, bathroom, wifi. My wife and I got there and discovered, that there was no bathroom in the cabin. YOu had to walk to another building to use the restroom. With her using a cane, and both of us needing the use the restroom multiple times during the night, it was not a practical place for us to stay. We slept on the floor at a relative's house, and got no refund for not using the cabin. The cabin was priced as if it was a nice place. We were sorely disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We are very sorry that our lodging was not suitable for this guest. Unfortunately, it appears that they did not review the message sent them through Expedia the day their reservation was made, two months before their arrival date, that the rustic lodging they selected was 30 seconds walking from the shared bathrooms. They were informed of this again when they checked in. 2.5 hours after checking in, the guest emailed & called and said they would not be staying. No refund was requested. All of other 7 lodgings have bathrooms and showers in them.

Problems started at check-in. Although I had made a reservation two weeks (!) earlier via expedia, the front desk could not find any record of it. It took a phone call to the owner and discussion of where to move us, since the place we had reserved was full. Two free Keurig coffee cups came with checkin on the first day only. Otherwise we had to buy new ones. There was dried feces on the floor of the bathroom.

We are sorry that the guests were not satisfied with their upgraded lodging given at no extra charge, and that two cups of coffee, and one each of tea and hot chocolate, were not sufficient. We take offense at the claim of feces on the bathroom floor: The lodging was thoroughly cleaned after the last guest, including mopping the bathroom, inspected after cleaning, inspected again before check-in, and not found to have any such issue including after the guest left. If the guest truly found an issue, it would have been nice to have been informed at the time so we could make it right.

I stayed in the red cabin and loved it. The people are very nice. The grounds are cute and well kept. Cabin super clean. The pool was great and even has a nice slide. Expedia charged tax and then the property did too which seemed incorrect but it was only 5 bucks so not worth complaint on such a nice stay.

A very nice well kept facility. The owners in the office were so very kind. Loved the Fleetwood we stayed in it was very clean, was like a little home. Look forward to our next visit!
