I do not like to write reviews like this. The facility overall was shabby, though my room was clean. The restaurant and pool mentioned in the Expedia listing were both closed (for a very long time). I had no clean water in the bathroom sink or tub. The onsite manager was very polite and helpful.

Easy access to Hwy 50, Amazing Asian Food at the Hotel Restaurant, Friendly Staff, Hotel is Clean and Quiet. Great Quality for the price!

The room was clean and one of the beds was pretty comfortable. Hallway stunk like cat urine and the outside looks like the property is vacant due to overgrown weeds.

The outside of the building & the entrance way was terrible. Didn't see another person the whole stay, I think we were the only people in the whole building so it was kind of eerie. The room itself was nice, clean & comfortable.

I've stayed in some really bad motels before, but this one is particularly special, because I paid $75/night through Expedia for a room worth about $30/night. Bring your own hot water and your own ice. Beware of the feral cats roaming the halls.

This room had no frills. The outside grounds were terrible. They put a room deodorizer in the room. I am allergic to such things. It looks like it is in mid-remodel mode. The room did what it was intended for, a place to sleep.

Soon as you walk in smells of cat urine . No restaurant breakfast or pool . Limited towels no washcloths. Did have mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in rooms and they didn't smell.

Stained carpet with i hope just animal feces and urine. Damaged walls in shower. Bathroom unclean. Sheets had brown spots. This used to be a nice place. Not now.

Room looked nice until I pulled back the shower curtain. Yikes. Duct taped tiles next to the tub. SLOW drain. Ice machine broke. Property overgrown. Blew right by the sign because that is not what it looks like now. Large stains in hallway. The front desk lady was very nice. Bed quite comfortable.

Should be off online platforms!

We did not stay! Tried to cancel. The receptionist said she could not cancel , we should cancel through the online platform we went through. My husband and I reviewed the rooms. It was smelly in the whole place. Felt dirty. Dark, no lights on in the reception area. Beat up pickup sitting in front.

The entire motel needs to be knocked down and put a new one in. It was not worth the money we paid to stay there. The entire motel was filthy and smelled real bad. We had no hot water to the room and the room hasn't been completely cleaned in years. If not for the fact that our son is dying in a nearby facility we would not have stayed the one night we did. I will never go back and I would not recommend that anyone stay there ever.

Worst Hotel Ever!!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Didn’t expect a whole lot but do expect to have water. Couldn’t use toilet, sink or shower. Manager said it was a breaker problem when water shut off. She said it was fixed and when we got up second morning I water again. I asked for consideration on price but I had prepaid through Hotel/Expedia and she said I would have to take it up with them. Wel we will see if Hotel.com helps with this. Don’t waste your time or money at Bene’s Fort Inn!!
