Lovely place to stay with an amazing hostess who served a delicious made to order breakfast. Upstairs room is small but for a short stay it was fine. Bathroom was quite spacious so that was helpful.

This was such a charming place and the host was so nice and accommodating. I loved the front porch swing and spent a relaxing amount of time there in the evening. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Great One-Night Stay

I’ve been camping and hiking for the past 10 days so the stay at this cute bed-and-breakfast was extra nice. Comfy bed and room and the private bathroom was great. The host, Jane, was amazing… so friendly, welcoming, and great conversation in the morning over breakfast. I would highly recommend staying at this place if ever in Lamar, CO.

The person who owned the house was friendly and helpful.We loved the breakfast and the accomodations. There were several "extras" that were unexpected: a charging station for electronics, a small fan in the bedroom, chocolate bread and free drinks, lots of DVDS, etc. It was a great stay!

Very nice comfortable stay

A great and comfortable respite stop. Jean was very friendly and gracious host. The antiques and decorations are wonderful. A relaxing time on front porch patio was especially enjoyed. Super alternative to hotel/motels. Highly recommend.

We appreciated her suggestion of the Mexican restaurant we ate at in Lamar. It was busy with local patrons which is always a good sign. The food was good and mid week prices great. My favorite memory was soaking in the claw foot tub and delicious GF pancakes for breakfast!

Lovely & Historic Home B&B!

What a quaint, cute & historic stay! This 115-year-old home has been beautifully maintained and updated, and the Victorian decor was charming, as was the comfortable front porch and side yard. Our little dog was cordially accommodated, as well. Jane prepared a nice customized breakfast for us at the time of our choosing. Great B&B stay with a charming host!

This B&B in Lamar on Colorado's SE plains is a 1909 house on Colorado registry of historic places. Jane, the owner, is very friendly, and eager to suggest restaurants and places of interest to visit. Be sure to visit her, and spend some time in Lamar.
