This resort is about a 45-minute drive from the airport and is situated within the local community. Once you enter the property, it's quiet and clean (except for the beach area). The staff were very nice, and the food is delicious. We also got to enjoy great massages from their Spa service.

The private beach was nice although we didn’t use it much. We preferred the wonderful pool and the individual areas where we had our hammocks. Food was fantastic. I loved the shrimp ceviche!!!

Excellent service by the staff but the water quality was not so great,the water filter should be ruining all day long not only when the pool get maintenance in the morning,the beach also I woke up earlyto see the sun rise and it is unbelievable what some of guesses who where out at night,the mess the left behind, maybe it is not the property fault.

This hotel is ok

The hotel is far away from civilization, it is nice if you want to get away. The beach is nice but a bit dirty. The hotel rooms doea not have hot water. The rooms are a bit old but clean. The rest of the property is nice

The check in was at 330. And they want to strictly enforce it. Usually, when i have stayed on any of the best hotels in El Tunco, they would let me in at noon or even earlier . Same as in Las Vegas, check in is flexible and we are grateful when they let us in early as a courtesy. But not here. One of he ladies at the counter the younger one was realy nice. The older one not so much.

Una estadía placentera en una playa espectacular

Habitaciones cómodas y el aire acondicionado muy bueno, el hotel se encuentra enfrente del mar. La playa es espectacular, muy amplia y cálida. El hotel tiene instalaciones seguras. Atardeceres impresionantes. Tiene pocos servicios de diversión. El wifi no es muy bueno. Ideal para ir a descansar y pasar en familia. El menú de comidas no es muy variado aunque para unos días esta bien. Uno puede hacer el check out a la hora prevista pero le permiten quedarse mas tiempo, de igual forma para el check inn, puede llegar antes si lo desea y disfrutar mas tiempo. Volvería a regresar. Ideal para cambiar de ambiente y desestresarse de la ciudad. Si le gusta el mar no lo dude.

Perfecto para pasadia, pero no para quedarse.

De entrada el hotel tiene buena apariencia, los espacios de piscina, restaurantes y gloriretas son muy buenos y limpios. El menú para cenar no es tan diverso, es el mismo del almuerzo y los precios son excesivos en mi opinión. El personal es amable pero podría serlo aún más, ya que no todos lo son. Con respecto a las habitaciones, necesitan modernizarlas, las camas no son cómodas, la televisión es pequeña, el aire acondicionado gotea y moja el suelo, y deja de funcionar después de unas horas, lo que hace que la temperatura de la habitación se eleve. El internet funciona muy bien y parece estar disponible en todo el hotel, la playa es muy bonita y cercana, los fines de semana es concurrido y hay actividades de entretenimiento. En conclusión creo que es el lugar perfecto para ir a pasar el día pero no para hospedarse.

First stay it was OK, second booking , second night went downhill the service in particular a servers was very meticulous and contradicting FD about the include breakfast for my child, ended up paying for his breakfast and it should had been complementary as it was mention when I check in.
