"Breakfast was too cold"

"I stayed this recent weekend for my son’s 5th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had an oceanfront room, there’s a separate living room area from the bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was just what I wanted. From the direct beach access from the hotel, and 2 complementary drinks each night it was amazing. We also had 2 chairs for the day at the beach, and towels included. You can rent an umbrella for your chairs for $15 which isn’t too bad if you plan to be out there all day. We also had complimentary breakfast each morning, the pool was perfect and it was in a great spot for exploring the local areas. I would definitely stay again. "

"Mediocre staff, great location, a fee at every corner."

"The room was clean, bedding nice, breakfast good. But they have to mention that there is a property fees 45 per day, plus parking fees 44 per day. They send this information after you booked and get confirmation for booking, so…. They have to be clear with all fees. If you book for a week it is additional 700$ plus you have to give tips for the servers… so count before booking."

"The bathroom was dirty when we got there and the sink would not drain, we asked to have it cleaned, and that never got done. We also requested towels and never got them. I stayed here several times before and it’s definitely gone downhill. There was no manager on site and the staff was not really very helpful although they were kind, they seemed understaffed ?"

"Great hotel but the alarm clock was so bright it requires unplugging to sleep! Couldn’t figure out how to dim it so we unplugged it. Only one button on the clock so while it might have been me I’m not so sure. This is not a good reason to provide a negative review but who uses a hotel clock anymore?! Really?! "

"we found the resort to be one of the best parts of an already amazing vacation. One tiny nitpick we would give is the lack of a shower barrier actually can lead to problems like the water leaking into the room and it never drying, or even damaging electronics plugged in across the shower room. also it would have been nice to have fresh protein options for breakfast (simple things like scrambled eggs and sausages and bacon and such). but overall it was amazing and we are most definitely coming back next year!"
