"I stayed in room 244, they called it the dungeon. It was super loud next to an exit door and there was utility staff at 6:30am walking around exiting and you can hear everything so loudly. Also, you need to take stairs to get to this room. I have a bad back and had to carry my luggage down sets of stairs. I should have been offered a room where I didn’t have to use physical stairs to carry my luggage or they should have offered bell service to carry it. There were plenty of rooms on the 2nd floor that didn’t have to use stairs to get to. The TV in the room was keyed up with scratches. The hot water took a solid 15 minutes before it got warm. Cracks in the tile of the shower. Only positive was the breakfast in the morning and the person at the front desk was friendly, but really should have given me a room where I didn’t have to carry my luggage up and down stairs."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was great comfortable and spacious. The only thing I did not like was upon arrival when they walked in to the bathroom there was a roach crawling up the wall but I was too tired to say anything. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Very good ac!"

"Great hotel to stop at in the way to Yosemite. Pool was amazing, parking was easy, staff was very friendly. Would love another breakfast option but everything else was perfect."

"Wow !!! What a historic property, loved it. The owners are just lovely and kind people. The room was clean. Nice coffee amenities in the lobby. Shower was nice and the bathtub gave such a vintage experience. Very comfortable stay. They left me with clear instructions since I arrived late at night. Looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend."

"Breakfast ended at 9:00 am, that's a bit early. Most places serve until 11:00 or at least 10:00 so we did not get there in time. Looking through the window the dining area looked very nice."

"Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills to be as attentive as you’d expect at this price point. Very laid back and seemed geared towards a much younger crowd. A disappointment as we expected better service. At check in, requested the room to be cleaned daily,but it was only cleaned once out of 4 nights stayed. 5 star pricing without the service component will not bode well over time. We wouldn’t recommend for the price."
