"Good services"

"1 of the elevators was out of service. Breakfast was unavailable because the cook didn't show up to work. The fire pit, which was a big reason for our selection of the hotel, wasn't working. Wi-Fi was terrible to connect. When I asked for a spare key for my wife while I was wet from the pool, employee refused since I didn't have ID and didn't even attempt to work with other forms of verifying my identity. Last time we stay at one of these brand hotels."

"Everything was taken care of that we needed."

"Nice hotel, well located."

"Very clean and the front desk clerk, Aria, was amazing. She was so helpful and polite. The room was clean and had lots of nice amenities, but the beds were really hard and I couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to work correctly. Maybe just user error. My biggest issue was being charged for breakfast and being told both in my reservation confirmation and by front desk that it was served til 10am. We get there at 9am and the lady there told us breakfast was over and they were not making more food....
