"We were pleasantly surprised with this room. It was small, but well kept with all the amenities we needed. It was secure although the window on our third floor room didn’t quite function properly. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room as it gets warm. There is no elevator and it is 5 rooms per floor. Watch your head as you go down as it has a low stairwell. It has nice modern decor. There was strong cigarette smell as we left in the morning, but none overnight. Wish they had these hotel options worldwide! Price was amazing! Highly recommend !"

Very nice clean and friendly hotel
The hotel is very close to the airport the
rooms are very clean and upscale, staff
are very friendly. My suitcase was lost and
transferred to me the next day so the staff
had toothbrush and shaving equipment for
me.
The rooms where cleaned every. day I got
a complimentary bottle of water and some
sweets. Breakfast is very up class and worth
the extra money.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not
5 are too small issues. The first one is
none of the staff speak English so you can
communicate only by a translation app,
and also my suitcase has arrived in the
afternoon but I wasn't informed by the front
desk even though I asked them to inform me
when it arrives so I only found out about it
the next day after I called the airline. Except
for those two issues great hotel next time
I'm going to the dusseldorf I'll be sure to
book it again."
"The absolute only issue about this hotel is it is 3 stories with no elevator. I did not see that anywhere when I booked so it was a bit of a surprise to have to lug 55 pounds of luggage up to top floor. The staff always offered to help though. Room was large and felt like a bedroom not a hotel room. Breakfast is available. Best croissants I had on my trip. Most of the staff speaks English. "
