"Amazing stay for my first time in Osaka. The hotel was amazing and well maintained and the staff was unbelievably helpful. They made luggage transfer to Tokyo an absolute breeze. They have laundry facilities on the third floor as well as an ironing and steaming room. Will definitely use them again ..."
