Very attentive staff! Loved the thoughtfulness of having guests sit down for staff to explain hotel information upon check-in. Highlights of our stay were the drink bar, cultural experience (Maiko performance during our stay), free ice cream, and breakfast! Also loved the convenient location of the hotel. There was a sumo show nearby the hotel that we were able to enjoy in the evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we had the chance again!

I can't say enough about this property. Amazing breakfast, clean sufficient rooms, incredible hot pool, the most delicious breakfast and the staff made you feel like royalty. It was all the little things that made this experience so incredible. There was a free social hour with live jazz music the night I stayed. It is in a prime location close to all the action but also close to train stations and bus stops for relatively easy access to transportation. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Great value if you just want a place to stay that has all the amenities you need. The place is sometimes a bit busy but it's understandable given how good the services are for what you pay. Breakfast was good, location is great, rooms did what they needed to and were reasonably sized for a Japanese hotel. Would be pleased to stay again.

Excellent stay, and extremely good value for money! It's also very clean and well-maintained. Onsen hours are reasonable, and the hotel itself is super close to transit stations and shops. Welcome alcohol bar and free breakfast buffet, what else can you ask for?? The room may be a bit small, but it's enough and well designed furniture that shows their thoughtfulness to travelers. Staff also very polite and helpful.

The hotel is centrally located next to the Nishiku Market filled with stores and restaurants. Its just off of the main high street in the heart of the city. You couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel offers a amazing free breakfast and an open cocktail bar in the evenings with tasty drinks. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book and stay here again.
