"From the moment we walked into Four Seasons Kuwait to the moment we left, the entire experience was exceptional. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care from the team made our stay truly special. A very special mention must go to Pammi, who was absolutely brilliant from the very beginning. She made sure our check-in was smooth, personally showed us to our room, and continued to check on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made such a difference, and she was absolutely wonderful. We also want to thank Muhammad in the indoor pool and spa, who was fantastic and always attentive to everything we needed. His service and friendly manner really added to our experience. At the outdoor pool, Louis and Imran were incredible. They looked after us so well, anticipated our needs, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our time there. Their attentiveness and hospitality were second to none. What stood out most was that every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. It wasn’t simply excellent service — it was the feeling that everyone truly wanted us to have a wonderful stay. A huge thank you to Pammi, Muhammad, Louis, Imran, and the entire Four S"

By luck, we even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly humble, kind, and generous with us. He took the time to listen to our feedback, which made us feel truly valued as guests.
