I was very happy with this hotel. I ended up not feeling great from being out in the heat all day and asked them for a second room, which I was able to get with no issue. The AC was amazing, the shower was great and I slept incredibly well. I was well-rested the next day and ready to continue to our next destination. My only complaint is that the breakfast was awful - they could do better here. BW is not a high-end chain, but they tend to have halfway decent breakfasts, especially abroad..this one was not.

The two ladies at reception were amazing. The suites are pretty decent size. The sofa bed however wasn't the most comfortable. Hotel has great location and is very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty decent too.

Great hotel in a perfecto location in Kutaisi. The stuff is very helpful. Igori from reception made sure I felt like at home. Also a really good breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location right beside the white bridge and the downtown area with good restaurants and shopping. The room is what you would expect from Best Western. It was comfortable enough with a pull out sofa. We ate at the onsite restaurant and it was good if you are looking for an escape from Georgian food for a meal. The breakfast was okay. There was enough variety.

Hotel is not well maintained. Initially we were given room no 502. On entering a foul/ bad smell welcomed us… sofa was full of dog hair and on the sofa there was a mark of pee. Guys you need to clean this, how one can stay in this. On complaint, reception did change the room. But some small issues were cropping up like insect in bathroom, smell in bathroom etc. property has nice fit out but it is not very well maintained. There housekeeping team need a complete overhaul.

The rooms are super small. As if you are living in Japan. The air conditioning does not work. Woke up in the night to set the thermostat. Called the maintenance to fix it, nothing happened.

OK hotel, facilities, location. Pleasant staff. However rooms do not have a/c—room temperatures during my stay late in December ranged from 24-27 degrees. I asked to change rooms on day 2, and the 2nd was hotter than the 1st. ‘Chiller switched off; open windows’ I was told. Opening windows means significant external noise 24/7 [horns; construction; motor bikes; dogs barking—at least on the road side, which contains most rooms]. The property is a hotbox : I cooled my room to 18 degrees by leaving windows open all day on a cold day; within 3 hours of closing them, back to 24 degrees. Final morning wake-up booked but no call. Unacceptable in a BW property @ 220+ GEL/room rate

Small rooms. Comfortable bed. No cash exchange in hotel. No ATM. Awkward air conditioning so had to keep window open - could hear plant and equipment all night. Coffee machine did not work at breakfast 5/10.

Convenient for staying after arriving at Kutaisi airport. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, but the inside of the hotel is a clean and comfortable oasis. Helpful staff.

Very nice hotel with stunning rooftop restaurant / bar walking distance from the city center. Room was very spacious and the hotel staff extremely friendly. Wish the rooftop restaurant had greater choice of local cuisine.

Despite the time (3am), staff were very welcoming and helpful and this continued throughout our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, breakfast is very nice. if you want to have a quiet room, better not to stay the the front.

Se abbassano la temperatura nelle stanze perfetto!
L'albergo è comodissimo come posizione.. le stanze sono abbastanza grandi ed alcune hanno una vista molto bella sul fiume, ma la temperatura delle stanze esageratamente alta.. il personale è molto gentile, ma può migliorare: ho chiesto ad un assistente in reception di abbassare la temperatura delle stanza e una crema corpo e mi ha detto che avrebbe provveduto di lì a breve e non lo ha fatto. Il bar ristorante sul tetto merita!

A lovely hotel with great staff that are a credit to the Hotel. Lovely modern comfortable rooms and great views of the river from the higher floors rooms. Superb restaurant on the rooftop sixth floor very reasonably priced with great service also. This hotel is ideally situated just across the foot bridge and only a few minutes walk from the center of town.
Well recommended and will be returning ! Special mention to reception staff Lana & Zura for whom nothing was too much trouble.

We were upgraded when we complained about the original room we were given. Front desk staff was helpful.The suite was spacious but that was the only good thing. Housekeeping did a terrible job. There were ants on tables. Food scraps on sofa. And the wifi is so slow in the room. The roof top restaurant service was so so. The only good thing is location but the white bridge outside was closed for renovation and we had to make a detour to cross the river into old town,

Good modern hotel Kutaisi
Good modern hotel in Kutaisi. Close to the centre. Friendly service. Breakfast buffet quite good. Only criticism was the internal air conditioning was very noisy and seemed impossible to turnoff.
