The hot water in my roon isnt working and the bathroom wall had lots of yellow stains from the water and also the closet.

Thought it’d be great...

Good things : - convenient location, lots of good food within walking distance - friendly staff, always smiling - good price Bad things : Had a pretty horrible experience. On the next day after I checked-in, I wanted walk around, so I asked the reception guy about some places nearby, only that he couldn’t answer me since he doesn’t know. Thanks God Google exists, turns out the places I was looking is only 500m away from the hotel and he doesn’t know, you need to walk around more dude. I went out again, then I came back to the hotel at night just to found out that the room door was being half-open, apparently after the housekeeping cleaned up the room in the afternoon they didn’t shut it properly. I said something to the reception girl downstairs just to be asked “any lost properties? Maybe the room maid was being careless”, yeah I’m glad that there’s nothing lost, but you lost a point there. I don’t wanna get angry at her, since I know she’s not the one in the wrong, but I feel that there should be better response. Just when I thought that this horrible experience ends there, on the morning of my check-out day, the housekeeping guy suddenly barged into our room at 9AM, without announcing that he’s coming in. I woke up in shock, he shut the door panicly, without any apology. When checking-out, the receptionist was the same girl, she said sorry, but while smiling, I’m Indonesian myself but I don’t know whether it’s an Indonesian thing or what, but I wasn’t amused by it.
