2night stay for Christmas

Staff very good and friendly. Great view from our room and a comfortable bed but no hot water. Food was passable and not much choice (possibly due to time of year) On a final note, if you do not like cats or you are allergic, this is not the hotel for you. They are allowed indoors.

The beach was small but there was never a problem getting a sun bed. The water was calm and clear. Very good for a short swim. The coffee in the coffee machines was not so good but you could get good coffee for extra and inststant coffee and a hot water kettle was in the room. Very nice new clean rooms!

Initially the daytime staff were very courteous and efficient. The hotel is relatively clean. The buffet meals were 5 star with lots of selection. Our room was modern, clean but small. No big deal, you only sleep in the room! The balcony could only accommodate one small chair. The beach was small and dirty, with garbage strewn around. The negative; Our second night of two, a young Irish couple who we saw in a local bar that afternoon. At that time were very intoxicated. After their afternoon at a bar, they returned to the hotel that evening to party, loudly! We called reception at 1;30am to advise of the noise. We called again at 2;30am, and 4;30am to report the loud party. Finally at 5;30am I went to the front reception to inquire as to what was being done to the rowdy couple? Someone from reception accompanied me to the party room and requested that they shut it down. Still being severely intoxicated the man in the room was very argumentative. This is where the staff failed in a follow up. It appeared that there was no policy to deal with such actions. I requested the manager who was not in until 9;00am. We had to depart for the airport prior to 9;00am. Several other tenants on our floor also called to reception to report the party. Nothing was done. OK hotel, but failed in response to tenants concerns.

Otelde katlar arası çok basık, odalar çok küçük dolayısı ile yatak küçük, rahat değil, balkonda 1 kişi zor oturuyor. Asansörler çok dar ve yoğunluktan dolayı çok bekliyorsun. Yemekler çeşitlik ve lezzet açısından orta düzey. Herşey dahildi ama ithal alkollü içecekler ekstraydı. Çay kahve bol ve lezzetli. Çalışanlar saygılı, yardımsever. Restoran en üst katta, manzarası güzel. Plajı dar ancak şezlong sorunu olmadı. Ancak biraz daha bakımlı olabilirdi. Bir daha kalmayı tercih etmem.

Hata belki de bizdeydi çünkü biz iş için oradaydık ve burası bir iş Hoteli değil. Mevsim dışı olduğu için zannediyorum misafirlerin tamamını belli katlara toplamışlar ve çoğunluk yabancı turist grupları olduğu için, sabah ahşam ve gece sürekli rahatsız edici derecede gürültü vardı. Odada terlik ve havlu yoktu, terlik isteyince geldi fakat ne yazık ki havluların yokluğunu duştan çıkınca farkettim. Hoş değildi tabii ki. Kahvaltı çok baştan savmaydı. Otopark imkanı olmadığından, ileride kapanmış olan bir hotelin önüne park etmek zorunda kaldık...

Olumsuz yönleri Otel alanı küçük yeşillik yok.Deniz kısmı çok dar.Yemekler çok vasat Ve çeşit olarak az bazı ürünleri bayat veriyorlar.Kahvaltıda simit börek pide vs.yok.Küçük poğaça koyuyorlar onlarda kuru ve bayat.Bir gün eşimle asansörde kaldık alarma bastık gelen olmadı ve 4-5 dk sesimizi kapılara vurarak zor duyurduk.Kötü bir deneyim yaşadık. Olumlu yönleri personel çok kibar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever temizlik iyi.Genel olarak temiz bir tesis.
