"Breakfast is very good, the staff are very helpful. The only downside is the bathroom fan is not powerful, it took long time to get rid of smell."

"The first room 1917 that we were allocated to smelt mushy to the extent that it is extremely unbearable in the night. When asked, the helpful staff at the front desk offered that we change room a level down. We agreed as the smell was not present thereafter. Overall, the stay was pleasant for the price point. 10mins walk to the Metro station with 3 intersecting lines makes this hotel well positioned. The Shanghai Railway Station was also about 12mins walk away."

"Breakfast was stellar! The room was a good size for a couple. Finally a bath tub in China! Oh yes and an indoor pool with hot tub! This hotel is centrally located. You can find little eateries on that block. Theres a michelin star noodle bar across the street on the north side with local bars. Lucky Boy thai food towards the south side and convenience stores. We were so tired from traveling the week before, this hotel was a nice treat!"

"The hotel’s location is super convenient for both shopping and transportation. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Check in staffs are nice and helpful. The suite room is beyond my expectation. It’s so spacious and has an excellent arrangement. Also a nice view, quiet environment and comfortable rooms. Happy hour afternoon tea is a wonderful touch. In short, it’s an amazing experience to stay in this hotel. Highly recommend."
