"Elendig service og madforgiftning af aftensmaden. Der var ikke noget toiletpapir på værelset, personalet var ikke særligt opsøgende på vores behov, og det var ikke muligt at få noget at drikke. Poolen var mindre end på billederne, og der var ikke muligt at ligge der. Der var mange skrigende børn på trods af at råb ikke var tilladt. Placeringen umuliggjorde, at man kunne købe noget frokost eller drikkevarer, hvis man ikke har bil. Vi skulle være der i tre dage, vi rejste efter en. "

"Beautiful Stay A Beautiful view with our balcony. The staff are wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel. Delicious food and the chef is very attentive to your needs as we don’t eat very spicy. "It’s a new property. So everything was new and fresh. Hope they maintain the same for every guest as they age. Small and well established property. Gated property with all round security. Parking is congested when there are more vehicles. Staff are attentive, polite and courteous. The kitchen staff are kind and caring. Complementary breakfast was well set and all food items were very tasty. Good menu. Dining area was clean and well maintain once every guest leaves. Other food service on order...

"This hotel was a delightful surprise! Settled in the high altitudes surrounded by tea plantations and phenomenal scenery! The hotel was beautiful, very clean nice amenities 5* and the staff were fantastic! The restaurant food was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. A fabulous hotel for a very reasonable cost!"

"We stayed in a cottage it was spacious and we had a balcony. Forest view birds chirping in the morning and the sun streaming in perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and lots of choices. Activities throughout the day. Infinity pool spectacular views of the mountains. The property has a spice garden and tea garden you walk through. They have a bonfire each night with dancing it was fun. I will be coming to this resort again and highly recommend it."
