Nonostante la nostra prenotazione e la sua relativa conferma, il nostro arrivo non era "previsto". La titolare ci ha preparato la camera sul momento, non abbiamo polemizzato, né avanzato nessuna critica e/o richiesta. Al momento del saldo del conto, la cifra richiesta era notevolmente superiore a quanto pattuito in sede di prenotazione. Grazie alla email di conferma siamo riusciti ad ottenere il riconoscimento di quanto previsto nell'accordo.
